The most visible difference is the "on a page" look. There's a number of smaller differences. (by the way added the rar as a zip for those who want to wget the theme and don't have root, to install unrar. -- those are people like me today)

Unfortunately now we are unable to modify the issue description (regardless of permissions...) For our purposes, someone with issue delete permissions is sufficiently entitled to modify the description, I've made a patch see #1121

There is also the need to add div's to other pages to break the content up into semantic sections / items. The project list page springs to mind, but I expect there are a number of other places where sematic sections are not contained in div's
