Adding of member per project - automatically and detining the life span of a project room

Hi,

1)does REDMINE hanlde automatic member addition per project room; i.e. members can automatically be assigned to a project and the responsible manager of the project room only recieves notifications of the new members.

2) can you determine the the life / time span of a project; i.e. project is available only xyz days, weeks, months, years?
