Login problem

1 - if I access the login works with port 3000
2 - if I go through my site gives me error:

Application Error
Rails application failed to start Properly

how can I solve this error thanks all

You are going to need to provide more information than that.

If you are using Apache, try looking in public/.htaccess for the error message you have quoted.
