Is there a solution for parking tickets and receiving "follow-up" / "resubmissions" at a given time ?

I like to "park" tickets, which are not needed for some time.
I know, I can give them a status "parked" and filter by "not parked" - only thing is to "un-park" them at a given time.

Is there a solution or plugin to manage this ?
