Change status of issue in one action

Added by Vadym K almost 9 years ago

Hi.
At this moment if user need only to change status of issue he need to perform 3 actions:
1) press "update"
2) change status in "status" drop down.
3) press save

I just thought that it will be more convenient if user will have ability in quick way to change
status of item in one action. For example "Accept" or "Close".
In the attach there is example of how it can look like.
I understand that this is not critical issue, just usability issue. In any case just proposition :)
What do you think on this ?

I like to know why the status is being changed via a note. Just closing an issue without a message tends to cause confusion.

That said, you can change the status in two clicks by using the right click context menu on the issues list.

Thanks! I simply didn't know about that right clink functionality.
