BitNami Redmine Stack + plugins

Dear,

I installed on a windows server the BitNami Remine Stack, everything works like a charme and I really look the application, but some plugins also look interesting.

I would like to install these.
But I cannot get the Budget plugin working, could anyone give me a tutorial and/or explanation

May be you can give a little more details which problems you have and what you have tried ?
BTW: Which release of Redmine do you use ?
