How to display a "constant" text on all issues (or specific trackers)

Hello,

I'd like to display a link to a guideline wikipage on all the issues which tracker is "MOLD DESIGN".

This shoud appear on all the trackers (to be created and exisiting), and with constant text (no need to be modified when the user create the issue).

Any ideas?

See redmine_banner plugin. Check if it is compatible with latest Redmine version.

I'd like to display the text just for a few specific trackers (not based on projects), so redmine banner is not suitable.

As a workaround I could use a custom field, but this has two problems:
  1. When creating the issue, user can still modify this custom field. I don't want to, because it's supposed to be a constant.
  2. Only new issues will have this custom field. Already created ones, when opened, will not show the text.
