How to organize my Redmine?

I'm new to Redmine I'm wondering how I should organize it.

Let's say I only have one project, a game, which is split into several parts:

Game Client
Login Server
Game Server
Map Editor
...

Since I have only one project, should I:

Create one project for each part and no sub-project? The application title would be the name of the project ("My Game").
Create one main project ("My Game") and create sub-projects for each part, etc? The application title would be... I don't know, the name of my company?

Both approaches have their pros and cons and chosing one of both requires more in-depth knowledge of your project setup, i.e. how many users are you going to have, what roles and permissions would they have and many more.

Some report they only use a single project and use categories for each part of development.
Others say that that planning is easier if parts are organized in subprojects.
