Redmine on serv A and database on serv B

Is it possible to deploi Redmine on server A, and connect it to database on server B.

Yes, in fact it is very easy and even recommended for larger scale deployments.

The only thing you'd have to do is adapt your config/database.yml. Here's more documentation about how to configure it:
