Detailed timing report with export option

Hello RedMine community!
Our devs have been using RedMine since forever and as we are expanding the company and adding other people into redmine, we would like to have detailed time tracking for statistical purposes.

So what we want to have is: firstly time tracking, thankfully there are many options for that. And secondly (which is more tricky) having reports on each ticket, indicating how much time was spent on each stage and who was assigned to it on each stage.

It'd be great if anyone can tell me if this is achievable? Even if it's a paid option, that is still OK with us but obviously we'd prefer a free (opensource) solution.

I've asked guys over Easy Redmine and they said that they do have reports on how much time has been spent on each stage but not who was assigned to the ticket on each stage. So it's the half of functionality we need and it costs money. So I hope there is a better option.

Can someone respond to this question? I'm pretty sure it's not something too unique and someone might have had same questions before.
