How can I close an issue?

Could any body tell me please how to close an issue?

Change the issue status to a status that is considered closed. In my install I have "Closed" and "Resolved" setup for closed issues.

You have to get the correct rights for that. Connect as admin, then customize the role and permission matrix, and give the proper role to the correct people.

could you be more specific which role to assign? I created new role Technician which is very similar to developer one, but cannot manage which right to add to enable this field.

If you have a new role technician, you have to give to that role a working workflow: connect as admin, then workflow. Select your technician role, then the correct tracker, and give it a cool worklow giving it rights to close issues.
