hiding / disabling edit of fields (custom or standard) while editing an issue

Hi all,

before opening an issue for a new feature, I'd like to know if there is an existing feature / plugin to be able to hide / disable editing of some fields depending on the status of the issue and the user viewing the issue ? If not, is it planned ?

Is there any implementation of this feature?
