Report with issue details from journal

Is there a possibility to get the details from the journal table for each issue inside a issue report? Maybe as extra collumn with the content which is displayes as history inside the issue

I can't believe nobody else asked for this.

Our use case is that I need to identify all users that were involved in particular issue resolution.
It is possible to find that info in Journals table.
