Redmine

We're running redmine 0.8.4 (I just upgraded to 0.9.2, rake 0.8.7 today to see if the issue was fixed and it wasn't) on windows 2003 server with CVSNT 2.5.03.2382. I'm running the command "ruby script/runner "Repository.fetch_changesets" -e production" every 15 minutes to get the latest check-ins which works but I noticed that certain check-ins just never appear in the activity view OR the repository view. For example, one file that was modified twice in 2010 only shows the mods in 2009 and before. If you show the "Annotated" view the latest check-ins DO appear along with the user name. Has anyone seen this before?
