New issue watchers

When creating a new issue you can manualy select which Watcher(s) you want to get the issue ticket. Is it possible to automaticly send the issue to all the members in a project instead of selecting each user?

I think you don't need the use of watchers here, but to change the email notification preferences so that when an issue is created, it emails them. One way to do that is to edit the profile for the user and choose to receive a notification when anything happens to any project he or she belongs to.
