Install Almost Done But Won't Work

Couple Questions

  1. In CPanel, under the Redmine section the App Status says "Not Running," even when I click on Run. Is it supposed to say running? If so any ideas why it's not running?
  2. When I try to access "DOMAIN.com/redmine" I have a 500 error and the page also reads "Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any and all help is appreciated!
