Export time/effort as PDF

Hi,
referencing to #1479 and http://www.redmine.org/issues/show/1479#note-1
In my oppinion PDF export would be quite useful because printing the time entries / efforts table directly from the browser often looks bad. Having a clean PDF document would be nice and improve the workflow if Redmine is used to track project times and efforts without having to export from the database with other tools.
