No formatting on port 8000?

I'm unfortunately very very new to linux and its a miracle i've gotten as far as I have. When I tested port 3000 it worked perfect, can somone explain to me why all the formatting is gone when I access the site on port 8000?

What did you change when going from port 3000 to 8000? You are missing the static files (css and js mostly), it seems they haven't gotten properly over.

Had the same problem running apache and mongrel, but on a windows 2008 box. I had forgotten a slash when declaring the proxypass config. That resulted in the same problem you describe.

Before 

ProxyPass / balancer://redmine_cluster
ProxyPassReverse / balancer://redmine_cluster

After... added slash after redmine_cluster :)

ProxyPass / balancer://redmine_cluster/
ProxyPassReverse / balancer://redmine_cluster/
