Editing issues?

Hello,
Is it possible to edit issues and save history like it is done in wiki? I believe TRAC has this functionality.
Is it possible with redmine? Maybe there is a special plugin for that, thought I haven't found one?

See RedmineIssues, there is no change history for the description though.

I have to admit I already thought about moving to Trac, because I really want to be able to edit issue descriptions :) You saved me :)

Is there a reason for not tracking issue edits inthe change history?
