Redmine

trying to install into the Windows 2008 environment. After attempting rake db:migrate step, it tells me that I'm missing the postgresql adapter and to do "gem install activerecord-postgresql-adapter" ....which apparently is not on my system.

How do I find this gem and make it available for gem to install?

Forgive my ignorance here I'm completely new to Ruby.
