Encoding in Redmine 1.1.2

I have problems with encoding in redmine 1.1.2(see Screen.jpg). In version 1.1.1 encoding is fine(with same db), but email notifications do not work(in 1.1.2 works good with same email.yml)
Can somebody help me to solve 1 of this 2 problems?

I don't use 1.1.1. I have install a new 1.1.2 and have the same problem. I checked the database (MySQL) and found the DEFAULT CHARSET is latin1. Therefore, I dump all the tables from MySQL and re-create them to UTF8 and it's ok. Hope it will help you.
