Hi all,

i have a problem, i do not know if that is already a known issue. If i have a Role that can only see their own tickets or tickets assigned to them and i add a user of that role to a ticket as a watcher, he is not allowed to see the ticket ???

That must be a bad joke :) Because, if he is added as a watcher he should for sure see the status of the ticket.

Any ideas on that?
