How to sync issue and repostitory

Dear All:
I use redmine version 1.0.5 and repository is git.
If user need close a issue.
I want to required enter code revisions.
And click the code revisions need go to repository show all the code revisions file.
How to setting or install which one plugin?
Please help me.
