how to reset a redmine.org account

hello,

my redmine.org account is bothering me. i tried to reset my originalaccount here and get a new password. using the "lost password" function gives me "Login has already been taken" red box when i try to set up a new password.

I just want to change some notification options in my (1.) originalaccount, but i can not login to do that. anyone knows how to reset my password successfully?
