Redmine

Hopefully I posted this in the right place. We're a 50 person web design shop and are looking to move our project management to redmine. We don't have in house ruby-on-rails expertise so I'm looking for someone with redmine expertise interested in a contracting opportunity to help us set it up, and possibly maintain / upgrade it over time.
