403 error trying to access admin page

After a fresh install, I can login as admin but when I click the Administration link I get a 403 error. I'm running redmine 0.7.3 on an apache server using FastCGI.

Never mind, it was something in my .htaccess file and not related to redmine.

I was following a tutorial that was based on v0.7.3, didn't realize until later how old that version was.
