How to see user's tasks without going by project

Hi there,

I'm a manager of many projects and I have many employees, I'm trying to figure out how simply I can view all the associated issues to one of my employee without having to go inside a specific project.

This is like "my page" but Tom, Dick and Harry page

Project Page, top right, view all issues, apply assignee filter. :)

No problem, I've always felt it was in an awkward position, but you get used to it.
