Redmine

I try to run rake and guess the rest will not run as well and i get:

uninitialized constant SyslogLogger

I have gem 1.8.23, ruby 1.9, Rails 3.2.6

any hints on how to debug it?

I also installed the gem sysloglogger and I still get the error.
