Extra HTML code in Redmine pages

Is it possible to put extra HTML-code in the description field of a project?
I have created a project tree in Freemind which can be converted to a clickable html version. I would like to put this tree in de porject description so users can go to subprojects by clicking on it.
Is it possible to enter the code in a way that it is executed?
