Define a default email address that receives all kind of notification

Dear All,

I was wondering if there is a way to configure Redmine, so that it sends an email anytime an issue or a wiki page is created/modified/delete.
I was thinking to create a fake redmine user and it automatically as watcher for all the issue and wiki page but I don't know to add the user as watcher by default

I hope you can help me out...

You can just add yourself as a "manager" to all projects (or add a duplicate user role, e.g. "admin", "watcher") and set "notify me of all changes" in personal settings. That'd do it.
