Problem when trying to delete relation

When I'm clicking on delete relation chain on issue system asks me if am sure and after confirmation nothing changes.
Environment:
Redmine version 2.1.0.stable.8528
Ruby version 1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
Rails version 3.2.8
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL
Redmine plugins:
redmine_custom_workflows 0.0.4
redmine_lightbox 0.0.1
