Can't connect to Redmine

We have been using Redmine for a couple of years now. As of today, I can no longer connect to it. I logged on to the server that it's running on and tried connecting there, but there is still no connection. I don't have any experience with Ruby programs, how to I go about getting this working again? I've looked in the log file and there is nothing. I don't know where else to start.

You will need to provide more information to get a good response --

Server OS and version (windows/linux)
App Server and version (Thin, Mongrel, Tomcat, etc)
Web Server and version (Apache, etc)
DB Server and version (Mysql, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)

It sounds like your App Server or Web Server (if you have one) is down. Did any updates occur recently? Did you update/upgrade redmine? did you run bundle install?

I am not certain if I can help but those that can will need this information as well.

I got it working again. I'm not sure what the actual problem was. I stopped the service, then started Redmine from the command line and tested. That worked. So I stopped that, restarted my windows service and it was working.
