Redmine 2.5.2 not including the right path to jquery files

Hi,
I recently installed redmine 2.5.2 and testing it, before try to upgrading my production redmine 2.3.x
There are two problems related to jQuery
first the files are called without extension
/javascripts/jquery-1.8.3-ui-1.9.2-ujs-2.0.3
/stylesheets/jquery/jquery-ui-1.9.2
What I did was duplicated the files without the extension (the files are there)
cp /javascripts/jquery-1.8.3-ui-1.9.2-ujs-2.0.3.js /javascripts/jquery-1.8.3-ui-1.9.2-ujs-2.0.3
cp /stylesheets/jquery/jquery-ui-1.9.2.css /stylesheets/jquery/jquery-ui-1.9.2
