Add filter options incomplete under individual user

When I look at the issues tab under a project, and I look in the "Add filter" drop down, all columns in the current chart are present, plus some. When I go to "My Page" -> "Issues assigned to me", the "Add filter" drop down doesn't contain some of the columns. Is there a setting for that which I'm missing, or is that an issue (or expected behavior)?
