Page not found or Internal error after create issue or register users

Please tell me, who faced with such problems, I put Redmine 1.3.2:
1. after the registration users, redirect to page: "http://my_site/account/register" and shows an error:
Page not found
The page you were trying to access does not exist or has been removed.

This user has not created at database and in the admin panel not visible.
2. If you go to some of the projects and click link "New issue", then fill fields and press the button "Create and continue", long time loading and error:
Internal error
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.
If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

But at the same time a record is created in the database and can be seen in the project.
