Redmine and Proxy Error

Redmine 2.5 (with MySQL) installed on the server which is sometimes very busy by other services.
And I get this error (see sreenshot). Most likely: the error is due to the lack of RAM.

What can be done in the settings of Redmine ?

Can you put a little more info about your implementation of redmine?
For example: OS, web server, etc.

Redmine Bitnami Stack 2.5

Windows 2008R2, MySQL

Physical Server - 24 Core, Hewlett-Packard
for the operating system reserved RAM 20Gb, Total RAM = 192 Gb,
central disk array

Did you check the apache logs for any errors?
