Exporting Issues, Tracker and Fields configurations to xls/cvs

Hi,
I've been searching everywhere if there is a way to export the configuration of Issues workflows, trackers, fields and so on, form Redmine.
I saw the XLS export plugin but it doesn't cover this need.
Please your assistance.
