Issue`s creation via e-mail: Bad Project name; Default Project; E-mail reply

Hello

I would like to ask for help.
I implemented: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineReceivingEmails#Issue-attributes

If somebody sends an email without "Project" field, an issue is not created. Is it possible to automatically send reply for that user about error?
If somebody use incorrect project name - is it possible to add it to default project? How to set default project?
