Unable to change Project in Issue

Hello,
if I want to change the project of an issue, there is a little panel that indicates loading.
After that the project is set to the original one.
Tracker are unchanged (Default) in both projects and there are two custom fields, bot non mandatory.
If i disable the JavaScript function called by the Project dropdown i can change the project without any problems.
"Redmine 2.5.2.devel"
Is there any chance to get an error log, why redmine claims the new project to be invalid?
