Do not send email through redmine

Hi, we updated redmine to version 3.2.5, but we're having trouble receiving emails. It has no problems sending to some users, for example:

1.Parametro notification: "For any event in all my projects", no emails are being sent to the user.

2. Notification Parameter: Only for things you are observing or are involved in, emails are not being sent to the user.

Please help me, I updated it wanting to improve the processes and not cause discomfort for the users of the system.

In the version that had 3.0.1 any event in the project we received e-mail.

is there absolutely no email sent out or just when certain settings? does email inbound work?

Hi, thank you very much for your attention.

In some cases we are receiving email, but the users that have the parameter "For any event in all my projects" are not receiving email from the project changes, the correct one would be the redmine send email of any change.

It seems to me that some projects they are sending the emails and others not.

Example, project that I am the leader and has modification is not being sent, I am not being updated. This is affecting our customers who use to validate.
