Redmine forces me to add a parent task when creating a new task

When I create a project, I can add the first issue normally to it. But when I try to add a second issue in the same level as the first one, I have the error "Parent task cannot be blank". Strangely, there is nothing in the configuration that says Parent task is required or mandatory. Can you help solve this issue.

Redmine version: 3.3.0

I met same issue. Who knows?
I try to direct to change at database that can be changed.
Create sub issue can be done. Then go to database can direct set parent_id to blank.

I suspect that cause by one plugin. So can you list your plugins?

Yes. it is one plugin bug. All is back normal after I removed gantt plus. You can check if you installed this plugin.
