Redmine

Hi,

I've a redmine 2.01 working on Ubuntu 12.04.

I'd want to upgrade to redmine 3.4.2.

Since Ubuntu version is old, I'd want to upgrade to 16.04 LTS. Direct path 12.04 -> 14.04 -> 16.04 does not work: there are errors in ubuntu upgrade, so I want to install a fresh copy of 16.04 and then move my 2.0.1 redmine to it, then upgrade it to 3.4.2

Which is the right path for that?
