HELP PLEASE!!!

I'm spending more than 2 weeks on deploying Redmine 3.4 on Windows IIS.
And now, when I already install it and migrate the DB, I'm faced with the problem undefined method `path' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)
How can I fix it?

I think a bit more information about the environment and your migration steps, could get very handy for somebody fixing your problem. ;-)
Perhaps, there is something broken in your configuration. There is an article in the wiki about requesting help.
