The start date and end date of subtasks do not show , What's the cause of it?

Did you set the start and due date for the subtasks?
They get not inherited from the parent task.

No, the dates doesn't show up in my (vanilla) Redmine installation.
It seems to me, you have a plugin installed to show the extra columns of the subtasks. Perhaps this plugin is not compatible with your Redmine version. I would suggest you to get in contact with the creator of the plugin to fix this issue.
