"Delay" on the date / time.

How to implement the function of deferring the task to a certain date / time through the status?
For example: the user changes the status of the task to: "Delayed by" and selects the date and time 01.02.2018 13.30 - the corresponding fields appear next to the status. The task should be hidden and appear in the task list at the appointed time.

I need a similar functionality, only with the ability to specify the exact time.
