Install Bitnami Redmine Stack 3.4.4-1 on Win Server 2012

Hi,
I tried to install bitnami redmine stack on Windows Server 20012 Standard Edition 64-bit with the newest upgrades, but I have problem during install. I already set HOMEPATH and HOMEDRIVE, I tried to install also on Windows 10 64-bit - it's ok without set HOMEPAHT or HOMEDRIVE.
Only one version 3.3.3-0 works well on server, but versions from 3.3.3-1 to 3.4.4-1 don't work.
Could you help me, please. I don't know what else I should set or install.

[SOLVED] Problem was in HOMEPATH with space. Account name mustn't be with space. I had account name firstname and surname with space. In 3.3.3.-0 it works, but not in 3.3.3-1 - 3.4.4-1 on Windows Server.
