How to add custom query in Excel

Hey,

I would like to automatically add a csv file in Excel.

In Excel, I add the link in "Data" then "from the web" but I still have a 406 error "Not acceptable"

the link used is the following: http://login:pass@redmine.net/projects/projectid/issues.csv?query_id=17

Can you help me ?
