project id

Hello,
I have redmine 3.4 (redmine.mydomain.com) and Sharepoint (sp.mydomain.com). I have created folder on the Sharepoint with the name project_id from redmine. Now, I would like to create link in remine in project view in custom menu button with link https://sp.mydomain.com/project_id where project_id is the place in redmine where I am. How to obtain project_id to url
