Filter bug

Hi!
Little bug is found in the filter. I have some project managers and much projects. I want to use filter to select all issues (in all projects) of the one selected manager. In the Issues section i use filter: Status - Open, Assignee's role - Manager and Assignee - "name of the manager". But as result I see only tasks assigned to this manager. Meanwhile, the issues assigned for other people in this project (where manager is "name of the manager") is not visible. What's happened? Who know?
