Getting this error to a specific project "MailHandler: Validation failed: Severity cannot be blank"

Hi,
asking for your help, im getting this error "MailHandler: Validation failed: Severity cannot be blank" when using mail to get issue.
current setup, is we have multiple project which use receiving mail to redmine to post issue, all are currently working.
but we have 1 specific project which is problematic were from the production logs it says "MailHandler: Validation failed: Severity cannot be blank"
not sure what really is the problem, but its actually the same setup and configs as the other running projects (from tracker and custom fields)
current solutions i did
1) is adding override from cron (by Adding severity value to low and adding it to override). But this does not work.
2) remove severity to the tracker (still does not work).
anyone had the same problem? thanks for those who will help :)
